Yong Hauge helped build Fusion from the ground up, creating the values that are still at the business’ core today. She believes that success should be shared with everyone, because it is only through teamwork that we achieve it. She takes pride in seeing the close relationships that employees develop at Fusion, and how well they take care of each other. In her spare time, Yong enjoys cooking and spending time with her two children.
