As the Production Manager at Fusion, Susan Rezendez oversees all manufacturing processes and employees for the entire operation. She considers her time with Fusion the most challenging and rewarding part of her 30-year career – and says she hasn’t had a dull moment since she started with the company in 2011! Susan enjoys the challenge of finding experienced workers and bringing young people into what she hopes will be a life-long career path in the EMS industry.

Susan loves spending time with her family, watching foreign films, listening to NPR, and creating mosaics.
